3. Price and Billing Accuracy All our prices are nett and priced in Singapore dollars.

4. Delivery of Parcels We send our items through local mail provider, Singapore Post. Should you need other mode of delivery, please indicate under comments upon confirmation of orders.
Customers may choose to have their parcels sent through i) registered mail or ii) by normal mail (free of charge) through our local mail provider, SingPost for both local and overseas delivery. We apologize that we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
SweetGift will take utmost care to pack your goods in proper protective plastic bags, bubble wraps and paddings (if required). All items are checked for defects and carefully wrapped to prevent damages in the mail process before delivery.
For registered parcels, the article number and month/year of posting will be sent via email to customer after item has been sent. You may check the status of your mail at http://www.singpost.com.sg/
SweetGift shall not be held responsible for any loss of parcel sent. Thus, customers are strongly encouraged to select the registered mailing option.
Local Registered Delivery Charge A flat rate of $2.50 per parcel applies only, regardless of the number of items
International Registered Delivery Charge a. Standard Delivery (Air Mail) - 5 to 10 business days after despatch From SGD $15.00 onwards (Total delivery charges will be confirmed once we receive your order) b. Express Delivery - 2 to 4 business days after despatch From SGD $35.00 (Total delivery charges will be confirmed once we receive your order)
For delivery outside of Singapore, the total delivery cost will be confirmed after we receive your order. For international orders local Customs Duty and/or Sales Tax and other taxes may be payable, please contact the customs office in your destination country for more information. Pending payment via Paypal –Awaiting Customer’s payment via Paypal. Order In Process – Payment received, processing order. Order On Hold – Upon Cusomter’s request. Order Delivered – Parcel is sent to SingPost. No Reply From Customer – Order cancelled due to no reply from Customer.

Via Credit card payment through Paypal We accept credit card payments via PayPal. All orders paid using PayPal will be invoiced in US Dollars and a transaction fee of USD$2 applies. The Singapore-to-US conversion rate will be determined at the time of order confirmation and will use a prevalent rate that is equivalent to processing banks rate. For PayPal payment, we will be notified of your payment from PayPal directly.

8. Cancellation of Orders, Exchange and Refunds Full amount will be refunded if good(s) is(are) unavailable, or when we fail to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame. No cancellation, exchange or refund is allowed once the order is confirmed, submitted or paid by the customer.
Our exchange policy applies only for damaged goods or if Customer has received a different item ordered. Customer must then contact us by email within 3 working days from date of receipt of goods, stating your Order ID, transaction ID, email, full name, contact number and most importantly, to confirm your address
9. Indemnity Goods might be made of metal, glass, crystal, plastic, ceramic and resin parts. SweetGift Online Shopping shall not be held responsible if Customer has an allergic reaction to any of the materials.
