I’m very looking forward to Alishan homestay from 19th to 21st Feb, feeling very excited going to the top of the mountain to see the “Sea of clouds”. 
Hope the temperature will not be so cold by then.. although I have prepared the winter clothes already.
Based on the weather forecast, the temp on those days should be around 7-13 degrees.

It’s a 3D2N tour package includes room charges, 7 meals, 1 way shuttle car from Chiayi HSR station or Chiayi train station to homestay & from homestay to Fenchihu,Alishan and other scenic spots,guide service. Charles is a local guide with good experience of arranging the itinerary of big Alishan area to enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery and high mountain cuisine.
The itinerary is specially arranged to meet our needs. Including Alishan,Fenchihu,Ding-shihjhuo tea plantation homestay area, aboriginal village, Mt.Dadong national hiking trail, Ding-hu natural park, bamboo forest,cedar forest,etc…
Meals : famous Chiayi rice & turkey meat, famous Fenchihu meal bax, fig jelly natural gel, tea oil chicken, boar meat( mountain pig meat), fried bamboo chicken, small high mountain shrimp,high mountain cabbage and other kinds of high mountain vegetable.
After Alishan, we will then go to Tainan, KaoShiung, and back to Taipei!

For those who are interested to plan to stay in Small Swiss HomeStay is highly recommended. It has a very nice and wonderful scenery that we can’t see it in Singapore. The Sea of Clouds is very nice! If you are lucky, you can catch the beautiful scenery infront of your eyes.
It’s also very cold up there around 10degrees +/- depending on the seasons, and Charlies also brought us to many places and eat a lot of nice food that we can’t eat in SG.
For the Alishan Trip, we took up 3D2N tour package which costs NT$7000 each on Feb.19(Tues.),20(wed.)& 21(thurs.),2008 including room charges, 7 meals, 1 way shuttle car from Chiayi HSR station or Chiayi train station to homestay & from homestay to Fenchihu,Alishan and other scenic spots,guide service. BUT NOT includes travel insurance, NOT includes admission fee(NT$NT$ each on weekdays) to enter Alishan forest recreation area,NOT includes Alishan small train tickets(NT$399 each ) back to Chiayi.
