1. Apply matte lid color with a brush in a patting motion on your lids.
2. Add a deeper matte color in the crease to add depth to the eyes.
3. Line the top lid using a damp liner brush & a deeper shadow color, wedge the brush into the roots of the eye lashes and wiggle to get a tight line that makes your lashes look thicker!
